Why going there
The name for a public place, located in an international tourist site, is quite important. Francesca Viviani and her son Giacomo, thought about this when in 2005 they decided to open their own restaurant, with a coffee ad pastry bar, in the center of Livigno. Their choice was Paprika, a word that is pronounced the same way in every language able to reflect the philosophy they pursued when they created the restaurant: colored spaces, wide windows with 360 degrees view on the town and on both valleys and slopes, the outside is furnished on three sides with tables and chairs for the ideal relax. Mother and son are both busy in the dining room and at the bar, while the kitchen prepares traditional dishes like: ‘pizzoccheri’, deer tartar and pork filet with ‘finferli’. They also serve big salads and homemade desserts like-strudel and tiramisu.
