Thirty years passed since we opened in December 1983, today simplicity and naturalness continues to be the trademark of the Galli family’s restaurant, Mrs. Ausilia in the dining room together with her daughter Michela and husband Giuseppe who supervises the different areas. This restaurant is located inside an old hay barn; it has a festive entrance with a charming and authentic atmosphere: there is a regular and consolidated clientele thanks to a consolidated menu. The outside terrace allows to enjoy the serenity of Livigno. The Galli family’s cuisine is truly traditional: ‘pizzoccheri’, ‘manfrigole alla grosina’ and polenta gnocchi with vension chops.
