From our dry-aging fridge, we offer a wide selection of premium, local, and international meats. Our collaboration with Alpe Livigno allows us to choose the best local, zero-mile meats. In summer, on our outdoor grill, we love to cook our meats on Lavec, the typical local stone that adds a touch of territoriality during cooking. Don't miss: Smashed Burger with zero-mile Alpe Livigno beef, smoked pork ribs with pumpkin purée, New Zealand lamb rack.
