(String: <span id="hs_cos_wrapper_post_body" class="hs_cos_wrapper hs_cos_wrapper_meta_field hs_cos_wrapper_type_rich_text" style="" data-hs-cos-general-type="meta_field" data-hs-cos-type="rich_text" ><p>One of the most eagerly awaited gastronomic events of the whole winter season in Livigno is not far away: the Sunrise Mattias, the gourmand breakfast at high altitude organised by the<span style="font-family: Livigno, Arial, sans-serif; font-weight: bold;"> Association <span style="font-family: Livigno, Arial, sans-serif; font-weight: bold;">Mattias</span></span> that, thanks to the commitment of all members and of the chefs of Livigno, wants to<span style="font-family: Livigno, Arial, sans-serif; font-weight: bold;"> remember </span>the figure of the chef Mattias Peri and <span style="font-family: Livigno, Arial, sans-serif; font-weight: bold;">spread</span> his culinary art.<br><!--more--></p> <p>At first light on<span style="font-family: Livigno, Arial, sans-serif; font-weight: bold;"> 9 April</span>, an exciting <span style="font-family: Livigno, Arial, sans-serif; font-weight: bold;">yoga</span> session will kick off with the Sun Salutation and followed by <span style="font-family: Livigno, Arial, sans-serif; font-weight: bold;">8 starred chefs</span> delighting guests with a <span style="font-family: Livigno, Arial, sans-serif; font-weight: bold;">gourmet breakfast for charity purposes</span> prepared with carefully prepared and enveloped in the silence of awakening nature.<br><br>After last year's success, in 2024 the Sunrise Mattias programme will again be spread over <span style="font-family: Livigno, Arial, sans-serif; font-weight: bold;">two days</span> marked by <span style="font-family: Livigno, Arial, sans-serif; font-weight: bold;">experiences</span> promoted by the Association that put the gastronomic soul of Livigno in the foreground: the <span style="font-family: Livigno, Arial, sans-serif; font-weight: bold;">cookery training school, the charity dinner and the gourmand breakfast.</span><br><br><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><span style="font-family: Livigno, Arial, sans-serif; font-weight: bold;">MONDAY 08 APRIL</span></span><br>The day will open with an important training opportunity exclusively for hoteliers and hoteliers and local restaurateurs: <span style="font-family: Livigno, Arial, sans-serif; font-weight: bold;">from 8.30 a.m. to 1 p.m.</span> the '<span style="font-family: Livigno, Arial, sans-serif; font-weight: bold;">Sc'còla da Cośgína'</span> will be held, with <span style="font-family: Livigno, Arial, sans-serif; font-weight: bold;">four lessons</span> - each of 60 minutes - given by chefs and excellences of Italian gastronomy, namely Chief Operating Officer <span style="font-family: Livigno, Arial, sans-serif; font-weight: bold;">Amigoni Danilo </span>with the value of the cooking tool; <span style="font-family: Livigno, Arial, sans-serif; font-weight: bold;">Giancarlo Morelli</span> of Pomiroeu in Seregno; <span style="font-family: Livigno, Arial, sans-serif; font-weight: bold;">Alessandro Negrini </span>chef of Il Luogo di Aimo e Nadia in Milan; <span style="font-family: Livigno, Arial, sans-serif; font-weight: bold;">Davide Caranchini</span> of the Materia restaurant in Cernobbio.<br><br>At <span style="font-family: Livigno, Arial, sans-serif; font-weight: bold;">7.30 p.m.</span>, on the other hand, there will be the charity <span style="font-family: Livigno, Arial, sans-serif; font-weight: bold;">dinner 'Slalom among the stars' </span>organised by the Association Mattias at the <span style="font-family: Livigno, Arial, sans-serif; font-weight: bold;">Kosmo Taste The Mountain</span> restaurant. This will be an opportunity for 8 leading Italian chefs to let the 70 diners with unforgettable dishes: the protagonists of the evening will be Michele Talarico, head chef of the restaurant that will host this event; <span style="font-family: Livigno, Arial, sans-serif; font-weight: bold;">Alessandro Negrini</span>, chef of Il Luogo di Aimo e Nadia in Milan; <span style="font-family: Livigno, Arial, sans-serif; font-weight: bold;">Davide Caranchini </span>of the restaurant Materia in Cernobbio; font-family: Livigno, Arial, sans-serif; font-weight: bold;">TUESDAY 09 APRIL</span><br>On the following day, Tuesday 09 April, the <span style="font-family: Livigno, Arial, sans-serif; font-weight: bold;">Sunrise Mattias</span> will take place, an exciting and immersive experience.<br>Immersed in a snowy clearing, admiring the spectacle of the sun slowly rising behind the peaks, the 400 guests will take part in a <span style="font-family: Livigno, Arial, sans-serif; font-weight: bold;">gourmand breakfast prepared by starred chefs and excellences in the world of </span><span style="font-family: Livigno, Arial, sans-serif; font-weight: bold;">gastronomy</span> who will team up with the chefs of the Livigno Chefs and Pastry Chefs Association to create finger high-level finger food celebrating the love for the cuisine and the territory.<br><br>After <span style="font-family: Livigno, Arial, sans-serif; font-weight: bold;">departing</span> on foot from Plaza Placheda <span style="font-family: Livigno, Arial, sans-serif; font-weight: bold;">at 06.45 a.m. </span>and an evocative 30-minute walk, participants will walk to the <span style="font-family: Livigno, Arial, sans-serif; font-weight: bold;">Plan da li Carbonéira</span>, a unique location from which to admire the majesty of the mountains and greet the sun with a <span style="font-family: Livigno, Arial, sans-serif; font-weight: bold;">short collective yoga session.</span><br><br>After a toast in memory of chef Mattias Peri, the exceptional dishes served during the Mattias Sunrise will be signed by chefs and excellences of the national gastronomic scene, all deeply linked to the mountains Valtellina: <span style="font-family: Livigno, Arial, sans-serif; After last year's success, in 2024 the Sunrise Mattias programme will again be spread over two days marked by experiences promoted by the Association that put the gastronomic soul of Livigno in the foreground: the cookery training school, the charity dinner and the gourmand breakfast.

MONDAY 08 APRIL

After a toast in memory of chef Mattias Peri, the exceptional dishes served during the Mattias Sunrise will be signed by chefs and excellences of the national gastronomic scene, all deeply linked to the mountains Valtellina: Alessandro Negrini (Il Luogo di Aimo e Nadia restaurant), Davide Caranchini (Materia restaurant), Giancarlo Morelli (chef at Pomiroeu), Gianni Tarabini (restaurant La Preséf), Paolo Rota (restaurant Da Vittorio in St. Moritz), Valeria Mosca (founder of the research and experimentation laboratory Wood*ing), Gianluca Fusto (of Fusto Milano) and Maurizio Valli (of Bugan Coffe Lab).
At their side will be the chefs of the Livigno Chefs and Pastry Chefs Association.
