The road to 2026, the journey towards the upcoming Milano Cortina 2026 Winter Olympic Games, makes a stop in Livigno for the FIS World Cup finals.

Livigno, 26/02/2025 – After the excitement of the show "Circles, the Journey of the Games", the highlight of the "one year to go" milestone for the Olympic Games, it's time for Livigno to further rev up the engines, bringing the Five Rings experience even closer with the FIS World Cup Finals in Aerials and Moguls. This highly anticipated event, significant from a sporting, media, and organizational perspective, will take place at the Livigno Aerials & Moguls venue, at the foot of Carosello 3000.

The grand finale of the international season, these finals will bring the world's best athletes to the structures of Little Tibet, where they will compete in three spectacular disciplines, Moguls, Dual Moguls, and Aerials, chasing the last crucial points to claim the FIS World Cup trophy. Even more significant is the fact that this event serves as a Test Event for the Winter Olympic Games, acting as a full-scale dress rehearsal for the facilities, event staff, and the entire community

The Aerials & Moguls Test Event will bring excitement to Livigno this March, starting with two days of training on March 9 and 10. The competition will then kick off with the men's and women's Moguls events on March 11, followed by the Dual Moguls on March 12, and concluding with the Aerials competition on Thursday, March 13. The event will wrap up with the Official Medal Ceremony immediately after the final competition.

There is great anticipation in Livigno for this crucial first test, with a strong focus on gathering feedback and impressions from the key players—the athletes—who, in less than a year, will return to the slopes of Little Tibet to compete for Olympic titles in these and other snowboard and freestyle disciplines.

The countdown is entering its most intense phase, as the Olympic Games take shape on the horizon, moving toward their final preparations. This test event is one to watch and experience with curiosity and excitement—an opportunity to become familiar with some of the disciplines that will light up the Livigno sky in 2026 and to reaffirm, once again, the technical and organizational excellence of the host venue. With just months to go until the start of the Winter Olympic Games, Livigno is ready to embrace this journey with enthusiasm and dedication.
