Why going there
We are "Fresco".
The ambiguity of the italian term defines our being.
"Fresco" defines a dish of the day, handmade, homemade,
where matter is transformed into substance.
But "Fresh" also describes the casual attitude of the bistrot,
the atmosphere felt between these walls and windows aims to be like
sparkling air, beautifully alive and vibrant.
Our menu is simple, few dishes but well calibrated.
We want the dish to choose you and not the other way around.
Trust your instinct,
at the restaurant the choices are made by belly, not by brain!
With presumption and pride we call ourselves specialists in gluten-free cooking.
