<p>On<span style="font-family: Livigno, Arial, sans-serif; font-weight: 500;"> 9 April, </span>as the light of the new day colours the sky and the surrounding snow, it will be possible to participate in<br>an exciting <span style="font-family: Livigno, Arial, sans-serif; font-weight: 500;">yoga</span> session with the Sun Salutation, followed by<span style="font-family: Livigno, Arial, sans-serif; font-weight: 500;"> 8 starred chefs</span> will delight guests with a<br><span style="font-family: Livigno, Arial, sans-serif; font-weight: 500;">gourmet breakfast </span>prepared with care and enveloped in the silence of awakening nature.<br><br><br>Now in its<span style="font-family: Livigno, Arial, sans-serif; font-weight: 500;"> seventh edition, Sunrise Mattias</span> wants to pay tribute to the gastronomic tradition of the valley<br>through the memory of <span style="font-family: Livigno, Arial, sans-serif; font-weight: 500;">Mattias Peri</span>, the first chef from Livigno and Valtellina to receive a<span style="font-family: Livigno, Arial, sans-serif; font-weight: 500;"> Michelin star in 2009.</span><br><br><br>The annual event is organised by the <span style="font-family: Livigno, Arial, sans-serif; font-weight: 500;">Mattias Association</span> - established in 2015 following the death of the death of the talented chef - which, thanks to the commitment of all its members and the chefs of Livigno, wants to remember the figure of this chef and popularise his culinary art.
