Livigno is confirmed as the most beloved ski resort by Italians for its excellent customer care: a validation that comes from the third edition of the Italy’s Best Customer Service 2024/2025 survey conducted by Corriere della Sera and Statista.
This joint survey aims to demonstrate how customer service is a highly relevant sector in Italy: it represents the direct point of contact between a company and its customers and is a tool for building and confirming customer loyalty, as well as improving corporate reputation.
The independent survey conducted by Statista, a leading provider of market and consumer data, involved over 15,000 Italians to evaluate different aspects of customer service from numerous companies. These companies were divided into 155 categories for a total of 4,600 main relevant competitors in the sector, established based on the number of customers, popularity, and geographical relevance. Italians’ opinions were based on five fundamental criteria: service availability, customer orientation, professional competence, communication quality, and variety of solutions offered.
The processing of the survey results led to awarding 473 prizes to companies, providers, and institutions that offer the best customer service in Italy.
The Little Tibet of Italy and Europe, as well as one of the most appreciated mountain destinations by Italians and tourists from all over the world, which will host freestyle and snowboard competitions during the Milan-Cortina 2026 Olympics in two years, achieved first place among "Ski Resorts" – part of the macro-category "Leisure, Culture, and Education" – with a score of 9.02: a great satisfaction for the Valtellina location that offers its guests the best customer service and is among the only 20 companies that scored above 9.
